TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION - PRODUCT FUNCTION
ISO6022 is double-acting hydraulic cylinder with regulated damping in the end positions. Linear hydraulic motor is basically an element that converts the pressure energy to the mechanical energy – to the axial power of the piston rod in both directions. They have – by their construction – no special demands for service and maintenance, but it is necessary to obey the service and technical conditions for perfect and secure function of the motor.
With its massive construction and solution without welding, it is designed for the most demanding work conditions, especially from the lifetime point of view. Its so called flange structure is advatageous also in the case of subsequent dismantling, e.g. service work when replacing seals. Basic dimensions, such as piston diameter, piston rod diameter, fastening flanges, pins and hinges comply with the ISO 6022 standard.
These cylinders are manufactured in several basic designs – A, MF3, MF4, MT4, MS2, MP3, MP5, MP6. All informations on mounting and dimensions can be found in the catalog list.
