TECHNICKÝ POPIS – FUNKCE VÝROBKU
ZH1/2T is double-acting hydraulic cylinder with continuous piston rod and non-regulated damping. Linear hydraulic motor is basically an element that converts the pressure energy to the mechanical energy – to the axial power of the piston rod in both directions. They have – by their construction – no special demands for service and maintenance, but it is necessary to obey the service and technical conditions for perfect and secure function of the motor.
Damping acts as a restriction of the oil flow in the last part of the stroke, which slows down the movement of the piston rod, reducing shocks that would otherwise be transferred from the hydraulic cylinder to the structure. Damping is non-regulated, we cannot therefore guarantee that it will work exactly to your liking. f the cylinder should work with higher number of workcycles and in a multi-shift workplace, we recommend mounted or non-welded construction. Cylinder is normally made without any mounting, but can be equipped with flanges, pivots, feet, atypical mounting or different types of mounting on the piston rod. All informations on mounting and dimensions can be found in the product catalog.
